關於退貨退款或換貨 隱形眼鏡類別: 客人在開封前請先檢查收到之產品是否是貴客所訂購之度數,如有發現產品不符合,可在14 天內以電郵或 WhatsApp 聯絡客戶服務 若隱形眼鏡盒已經開封,即使是因我司寄錯產品或是客戶選錯產品,恕無法辦理退貨退款或換貨,產品要保持未開封及外包裝未受損且不影響二次銷售,所以請客戶在收到隱形眼鏡後,務必第一時間檢查產品及度數等是否正確 退貨退款說明: 所有產品只可以退換一次,務必在收貨日期起(以簽收快遞日期為準)14 天內的鑑賞期,否則我們有權拒絕換貨。 我們收到退回產品確認無誤後會安排退款。 退款處理時間一般為 5 個工作天內 退件安排會由客戶服務人員聯絡。 換貨說明: 無法辦理退貨/換貨的情況 產品已超過指定收貨期 14 天鑑賞期 產品已經開封或曾被使用(例如:包裝膠紙、外盒被撕去) 產品未能保持完好包裝、已被受破壞、損毀或不完整 特價區特別明確指明不能退款或換貨的產品(會於對應產品頁面中註明) 退換所產生的運費: 若因配送貨錯誤、漏發、產品本身有破損等的情況,運費由 JW Store 承擔 若因客戶想更換度數、或者換其他型號的隱形眼鏡,非瑕疵商品一律由客戶自行負擔運費。香港本地順豐基本運費約HK$20 – HK$30 隱形眼鏡品質問題: 若隱形眼鏡出現瑕疵或品質等情況,請保留原有包裝盒及有關鏡片,將狀況拍照或影片拍照存證,再以電郵或 WhatsApp 聯絡客戶服務人員。 如有任何爭議,JW Store 將保留最終決定權 About returns, refunds or exchanges Contact Lens Category: Before opening, please check whether the product you received is of the strength you ordered. If you find that the product does not meet the requirements, you can contact customer service via email or WhatsApp within 14 days. If the contact lens case has been opened, even if our company sends the wrong product or the customer chooses the wrong product, returns, refunds or exchanges will not be possible. The product must remain unopened and the outer packaging undamaged and it will not affect secondary sales. Therefore, customers are requested to check whether the product and prescription are correct as soon as possible after receiving the contact lenses. Return and refund instructions: All products can only be returned or exchanged once, and the inspection period must be within 14 days from the date of receipt (based on the date of signing for express delivery), otherwise we have the right to refuse the exchange. We will arrange a refund after we receive the returned product and confirm it is correct.
